The Blue Bird- Video

  "The Blue Bird" is a story about a girl going on a journey to find happiness. The girl asks amiable and lovely animals in the forest, including Rabbits Doe and Buck, Baby Warrior Wolf, Oscar the Mouse, but their answers can't satisfy her. Eventually, she meets an old, lonely dragon on a erupting volcano and keeps him company. The girl still can't find happiness, but the dragon reveals the truth to the girl: she is the blue bird that represents happiness. In the end, the girl chooses to be the symbol of happiness for the other. The blue bird and the dragon are now always flying together in the sky.

  The project is designed for the adults and adolescents who just start to learn English. The story consists of a thoughtful theme, encouraging students to discuss the questions and share their opinions with each other. It also includes some simple vocabulary tasks for the adults to practice their English writing skills. For example, the scramble game consists of places and animals that the English learners must write down several new sentences. After reading the story, I wish everyone can have a new thoughts toward the symbol of happiness.
